Rental enquiries

Reeves Miller Autos stores the name, email address, phone number, vehicle choice, dates and message you submit. Our authorised team uses these details to respond, manage your enquiry and keep a reference of your rental request. Internal follow-up notes may also be recorded.

Marketing is optional

You can choose to receive our rental offers and news by ticking the separate box on the enquiry form. Leaving it unticked does not affect your enquiry. We record your choice and when you made it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Storage and email delivery

Records are stored through our website hosting service, ChatGPT Sites. When email delivery is connected, our email provider Resend processes the details needed to send enquiry notifications and marketing emails. Enquiry records are accessible through the protected business admin area.

Questions or removal requests

Contact us to ask about your information, correct it, or request its removal. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not cancel a rental request.
